I find this short stop-motion animation produced by the fast-food chain Chipotle very haunting. They acutely address the crisis of industrialized food systems. Pretty bold and very powerful. Chipotle promotes themselves on a platform of sustainability with such gusto that makes you think they must be transparent and accountable. On the other hand their supply chain must be huge. It makes me suspicious how they serve the same foods in every location and through every season, making you think they must be getting some produce from very long distances.

P.S. I also LOVE to eat Chipotle. So, it is hard to criticize something that tastes so good while it stands up for moving toward sustainable solutions.
