Michael Pollan in the Denver Post

An interview with Michael Pollan came out today. I have followed pretty much everything written by him over the past 6 years but today he said one thing that really resonates with my project.

"I think the harder battle is getting people to cook again, which is very important. But the second line of defense is improving the healthiness of fast food."

It's true that where our food comes from has become a more relevant topic in recent years. I am addressing a key part of the puzzle which is how cooking fits in to the demands of modern life and the pace of working families. A nice validation that this work is worthwhile.
